Positions

REGISTERED NURSE

Looking for a full-time nurse to assist the psychiatrist with an out-patient clinic.  Duties will include scheduling appointments, handling scripts and medication, working with clients and families, training staff on medication procedures, providing medical assistance to residential clients, etc.  Experience working with substance abuse clients a plus.  Must be organized and efficient.  Will be required to maintain a caseload.  The position is required to be on-call. Must be registered in the state of Arkansas.

FULL TIME CASE MANAGER.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Criminology or related field required.  Experience preferred. Some evening work and local travel.  On-call responsibilities.  Bilingual a plus.

MST THERAPIST

Seeking mental health professional, licensed in the state of Arkansas with strong clinical training and experience to implement this MST Pilot Project in Benton County.  MST is a well-researched community-based treatment model directed at youth involved in criminal activity and their family.  Interested persons may locate information about this treatment model on the internet at www.mstservices.com.  Duties include assessment, treatment, and collaboration with families, youth, and community agency staff.  Therapists will function as part of a MST team and will participate in weekly team supervision and consultation.  Must be available to provide periodic on-call 24-hour coverage.  Specific experience in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy and behaviorally-based treatments preferred.  Competitive salary matched to experience of applicant. 

MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL-CONTRACT

Licensed in social work or counseling to practice in the State of Arkansas to work in Benton County area. Experience treating adolescent substance abuse a plus. Experience with Medicaid and/or DYS. Develop and implement therapeutic treatment plan in an outpatient setting

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal background checks required.
